Splash Parties and Rentals

Make a splash and celebrate your special occasion with a private pool party at the YWCA! Perfect for birthdays, team celebrations, work events, sports banquets, and more.

Party Options

All parties take place on Sunday afternoons and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A deposit is required to hold your date.

What’s included?

  • Room + Pool – 1 hour in the party room followed by 1 hour in the pool
    • The party room comes with tables and chairs
    • You’re welcome to bring your own food, cake, and decorations

Frequently Asked Questions

Capacity Limits

To ensure safety, our capacity is limited to:

  • Party Room: Up to 35 people
  • Pool: Up to 35 swimmers (not including supervising adults on the pool deck)
Swimming Ability & Lifejackets
  • Children do not need to know how to swim to attend. They must have an adult with them.
  • Puddle jumpers and lifejackets are available for children under 50 lbs
  • Limited larger lifejackets are available — children over 50 lbs should bring their own
  • We recommend hosts are aware of each child’s swim ability to help keep everyone safe
Toys & Floats
  • We provide a variety of pool noodles and toys free of charge
  • You may bring your own single-use floats, but they cannot be used as jumping platforms
  • Please help us keep the pool tidy by returning toys and leaving the space as you found it
Diving Blocks

For safety, diving blocks are for competition use only and are not available during parties

Supervision & Safety
  • Lifeguards are on duty to ensure water safety but are not responsible for child supervision
  • Adults must actively supervise children at all times, both in the pool and on deck
  • Party hosts are responsible for ensuring guests follow all pool rules
  • Groups that do not follow lifeguard instructions may be reported to the director and will not be allowed to book future parties
